This Is How Credit Card Debt Negotiations Work
Credit card debt negotiations can get ugly, especially with Manuel
As a Detective assigned to some of the nastiest crimes against consumers, I am often the last line of defense. As a cop, I know how to handle credit card debt negotiations by training. But you never know just what will go down, or how you will react when the s--t goes down and you are locked in a dark room with a pair of goons pointing firearms at your head.
MANUEL: Rey. We have to stop meeting like this.
REY: Why? This is how you seem to like it. Intimidating, ruthless. Employing scare tactics. Isn't it kind of appropriate for how your business works, and why people rack up so much credit card debt?
MANUEL: You are walking on thin ice my friend.
REY: We are not friends. And don't threaten me because I know you won't kill a cop. Not only have we known each other too long, but you cannot have this on your conscience. You are a thief, not a killer.

MANUEL: Mr. Estrada-
REY: Rey.
MANUEL: Reynaldo, if you wish to help your client achieve credit card debt consolidation, we are open to the idea. Just do not think that you are going to get any favors from me out of principle. You are going to have to get me a portion of my money. This is, after all, a process in which credit card debt negotiations help both parties. I am not doing you any favors or letting this chick off the hook.
REY: Got it. We will be in touch.
